"What a great place to stay. Everything you could need. Well set up kitchen with full size fridge freezer. Washing machine. A bath and shower in bathroom. I walked into the city centre in 10 mins. There are 2 major supermarkets within 1 kilom. The owner couldn't do enough and was so obliging. I lost a diamond ring while in Christchurch and when we had left I phoned and left my number just in case. I have to admit I wasn't at all hopeful. I received an email saying they found my ring. What hard working honest people. Will stay here anytime."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was clean and tidy. The people who worked here were very friendly and helpful. We had lots of room along with a kitchenette and clean shower. Nice and close to the center of the city."

"The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay in Christchurch. It was a 10-minute easy walk to the center and all the sights and an easy taxi ride (Ola) from the airport and to the station. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the superior studio for two people."

"I stayed here a few times in the 90s and decided to do it again. Rooms are clean and spacious. Wifi was stable and decent. Cathedral square is 10-15 min walk. The new stadium is just down the street. Subway subs is next door with other food places closer to the square. Bed was very comfy and I slept well."

"When you only want somewhere central, clean and basic, this is it! Walking distance to the city centre. Very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Free Parking available which is a bonus. We stayed twice; firstly with 5 so had adjoining rooms. The 2nd time we left it a bit late to book for 3 however they added an extra bed to accommodate us."
